PHILIP KOEN is Chief Executive Officer and a director of SAVVIS.
Prior to joining SAVVIS, Phil served more than four years as President and COO of Equinix, a provider of network-neutral data centers and Internet exchange services, and prior to that as |
CFO of Equinix. There he was instrumental in leading financial restructuring activities, aggressively scaling the company while building world-class IT and engineering teams and leading the company’s expansion strategy into Asia-Pacific.
Prior to Equinix, Phil was in top executive positions at PointCast, Inc. where he served as President & CEO, COO, and CFO respectively. Prior to PointCast, he served in CFO positions with Etec Systems, Inc. and Levolor Corporation. Phil holds an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia.

JEFFREY VON DEYLEN is Chief Financial Officer and a director of SAVVIS. Jeff leads Finance, along with Legal, Network Cost Operations, Corporate IT, Procurement, and Facilities.
Prior to joining SAVVIS, Jeff served as Vice President for Corporate Development and |
Financial Analyst at America Electric Power Company. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer for KPNQwest, a leading European telecommunications company providing data and Internet services.
Earlier, Jeff was employed by GTS Telecommunications, a leading provider of voice and data communications services in Europe and Asia, as Senior Vice President of Finance. Jeff has also served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of LCI International, Inc., a long distance operator, until it was acquired by Qwest Communications International, where he continued as Vice President and Controller. Jeff received a B.S. degree in Accountancy from Miami University.

MARY ANN ALTERGOTT is Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources. As a member of the senior management team, Mary Ann leads the company’s human resources function, including recruiting, performance management, talent development, community giving, |
compensation and benefits.
Previously, she was a Principal at The Clermont Group, which delivers global human resources, executive coaching and organizational development consulting services to a multi-national client base. Mary Ann also served in a senior human resources role for global risk management at Bank of America. She was responsible talent management, compensation, organizational development and senior leadership selection. Additionally, Altergott spent over ten years in a series of senior HR and operational roles with The Pillsbury Company.

TIMOTHY CAULFIELD is the Senior Vice President of Operations. His responsibilities include: Service Delivery, Technical Operations, IDC Operations, Customer Support, Carrier Management and Program Management.
At Cable and Wireless, Tim |
served as Senior Vice President of Consulting and Hosting Services for the U.S. division. Previously, Tim led regional and global operations for Exodus, a web-hosting company that was acquired by Cable & Wireless in 2002. He also held business development, operations, and marketing positions with Gateway Computer and Sequent Computer Services, a division of IBM. Tim holds an MBA from the University of Oregon and a BA from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts.

EUGENE DEFELICE is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. As a member of the senior management team, Gene leads the company’s legal function, as well as the corporate secretary’s office.
Previously, Gene was the founder of Novo Strategic |
Partners LLC, which provided business consulting services including legal services management, intellectual property, M&A, and governance services. Gene has previously served as the General Counsel of several public companies--- including Spacelabs Medical, Inc. which specialized in medical software, hardware and Internet technology--- and has over 20 years of broad legal experience. In addition to a Juris Doctorate, Gene also holds an MBA and has significant operational experience both domestically and internationally.

BRYAN DOERR is Chief Technology Officer at SAVVIS. Bryan provides technology leadership for infrastructure and product development, M&A support, and next generation platform evaluation.
Before joining SAVVIS, he held positions in |
management, software technology research, and software development at Bridge Information Systems, Boeing, and the Applied Physics Laboratory. Bryan holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland and a Masters Degree in Information Management from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

BILL FATHERS is Managing Director - U.S. He is responsible for delivering SAVVIS' innovative range of network and managed hosting products as well as ensuring that SAVVIS continues to drive growth from the financial services industry vertical. |
Bill has significant experience in the financial services, media and telecom industries, most recently as Global Head of Product Development at Reuters the global information provider to the financial services sector. Bill has depth expertise in delivering low latency application and infrastructure solutions to all members of the electronic trading community.
Bill has a broad base of global management experience, having also served in a number of senior roles spanning product development, marketing, business development as the CEO of a mid sized pan European and Asian telecom and hosting business. Bill holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from Cambridge University.

PAUL GOETZ serves as SAVVIS’ Senior Vice President of Sales - Americas.
Prior to joining Savvis, Paul spent almost 20 years with EMC Corporation where he held executive positions in sales, solutions marketing, and professional services. |
In his most recent role as Vice President of Global Services Sales, he built a consultative sales force that drove EMC solutions. Paul's experience with EMC encompasses assignments in North America and Europe. He holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.

JAMES MORI serves as SAVVIS' Senior Vice President of Client Services, with responsibility for customer service, sales enablement and support. His team focuses on maximizing the client experience and profitability through asset optimization. |
Previously, Jim served as SAVVIS' Managing Director of U.S. Sales and has held a variety of sales leadership and operational roles since 1999. Prior to this, he served in various sales roles at Digital Equipment Corporation, Southwestern Bell, and AT&T Information Systems. Jim received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.

RICHARD WARLEY is the Managing Director - International with responsibilities in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Prior to joining SAVVIS, Richard was a director in investment banking at Merrill Lynch. Previously, he worked in the equity research department of Cazenove & |
Co., a prominent stock brokerage in London. He also served as a corporate finance attorney at Freshfields, one of the UK's premier law firms. Richard holds degrees from the London School of Economics in history and economics, and received his law degree from the College of Law in London.
